Frambozen madness. Tjonge jonge jonge jonge jonge (Rembo&Rembo). Hoog in het koolzuur. Maar dat heb je met die jonge onstuimige frambozen. Magisch op de tong.

The vanilla is moderately present in the finish, still very fresh full of blueberry and raspberry, moderate acidity and nice tartness, easy to drink the whole bottle.

4.4 - fresh jammy nose. When it’s not the first lambic of the day the acidity is not that perceptible and instead you mostly get fruity sweetness: raapberries, blackberries, a hint of cranberries. When it’s the second lambic you get more citric and acetic
