Probably the most interesting pairing of all, the wine tasted really sweet, like maple, and the beer was really nice and not as sweet I’d say, great beer! 🍻

For Nuit Bruxelloise, I actually preferred the wine Nuit d’Encre to the beer. Once again great beer though, and it got better after letting it sit. 🍻

First bottle pour we got was corked, and since I hadnt had it before, I didnt know what to expect… but then the next bottle pour was REALLY good, lover it Good fruit presence. 🍻

The wine used in this beer was absolutely stellar, the nose, the taste, everything! Beer was also super good, a bit less expressive than Le Plaisir to me, but still a great Cantillon. 🍻

Le Plaisir Tremblay

First time having a Cantillon Beer along with the wine used in it, great pairing! A little vinegary, but you really taste the different layers of the grape marc. 👌🏻
