Et bien j'ai très bien aimé acide mais très gerable, bois tannic levure et belle presence de rhubarbe qui rafraîchi le tout

Incredibly unique & complex flavours. Hard to even describe. Rhubard definitely there.

Rhubarb lambic. Earthy fruity rhubarb 👌🏼 works perfectly with the light sourness and dryness
