前回飲んだものよりも濃くトロッとしたような口当たりの印象。味わい自体は大変わりしないか。カンティヨンらしい味わい。こちらのが好みかなあ。

全体的な印象はハスカップ強めだなあとは思うのだけど、直近飲んだ2軒とはちょっと印象違って、軽やかさも少しあり、カメリースに少し近いかも。独特の香りと少しのスパイシーなニュアンス。

My first ever lambic, tart with notes of berries I couldn’t personally drink much of this but for what it is it works!

Tart berries with a tinge of blackcurrant, alongside drying tannins, soft minerals and light funk before a surprisingly long lingering bitterness to the finish.

Many varieties of berry notes with a strong tart finish. This is one of the more sour Cantillons I’ve had. Not quite worth the money, imo, but decently enjoyable.

Very nice, slightly fruity with the berry flavors, just a little bit of acidity. Dry mouthfeel.
