Paardendekenzweet ten top, mooi afgerond zuurtje. Geen scherpe kantjes.

Yeast, oak, a hint of sour apple and citric grass notes on the nose. Lively and effervescent with a mouth-coating astringency. Smooth, savoury finish. Cantillon is as Cantillon does. This one could have done with being cooler.

First time trying a Cantillon Lambic. I'm not very familiar with this style. This is a dry, slightly yeasty/funky gueuze with a slightly sour, lemony crisp finish. Like an underripe green apple, it's a little too dry for my liking, but it's interesting.

That unmistakably big tart sourness reminiscent of sharp stone fruit. Oaky funk, incredible complexity. A special beer indeed. This one was nearly 2 years in the bottle. Wish I had another for aging!

DMC Brew

LCI. Some nice light funk and fresh honeydew flavors reinforce just how much of a classic this brew is. Super easy drinking with the light juiciness from the stone fruit makes for a highly accessible mouthfeel leading to a citrusy/slightly dry finish. 4.3

Lotta skunk dank at the cork pop thankfully dissipates, more blonde caramel than usual with a tart and funky body, melon and gooseberries, and slightly dry finish
