Brussels #15 On from Bruges to pay homage to the home of Cantillon & Gueuze. Stunningly well balanced, tart and sour but not overly so. Thick thick body which has a real fruity character and is totally funky. Wonderful stuff

From the source itself, and what a delight it is. Beautifully flavourful, with a sharp, tart, body that slowly mellows into a thick, fruity, lasting finish. The balance is spectacular, in a way only the Belgians seem to succeed at. Glorious.

Abgefüllt 03/2022. Was für ein heftiger Unterschied - dabei liegen die beiden nur 3 Monate auseinander. Hier perlt die Kohlensäure konstant nach oben. Total saftig, fruchtig, süß und leichter Farmhouse-y funk. Deutlich weniger intensiv overall. Wirkt aber

LCI. That hit the spot. Classy tart, honey and vanilla, citrus, a bit of an oddball compared to previous vintages but it works for me.
