Espetacular!! Pena que o Untappd só vai até 5. Antes de tomar, dava prá sentir a acidez no nariz... extremamente agradável e refrescante...e quando fui fazer o check-in, vi que não é mais produzida..ou seja, quem puder vir no EAP, venha...

This is the second time I tried this lambic, and I must say, I was not ready back then at my first time... Now, with much more experience and appreciation for mixed fermentation, this is truly a classical masterpiece. Cheers!

Laranja clara, espuma rapida. Notas de frutas e estábulos, acidez presente. Boa carbonatação. Harmonizou muito bem com um queijo bem forte, cremoso e maturado (Jorjão)

Flink zuur, smaak van appel en grapefruit. In de afdronk kenmerkende bitter van de gisting. Heerlijk volle en gebalanceerde smaak, zuur blijft lang hangen voordat de bitter doordringt.

Surprise from my Dad. Last time I had this was 12 years ago at the brewery and I was amazed by how sour it was. Now that sours have taken hold, this is easily the best sour I’ve had since then.

Just perfect!🌟Crisp & clean, lightly acidic & lemony… EXACTLY what I want out of a gueuze: fresh & flavorful, earth, vegetable garden,🍏& Belgian terroir. Pleasing, accessible, all before it turns & becomes stinky toe cheese + floor of the horse barn.

Cette bière est tout simplement folle. Pommes, raisins et poires se placent en bouche avec une aisance inouïe. L’acidité y est superbement balancée. Un magnifique délice exquis

A very rare treat. Some of the best lambic funk at non-mind wiping ABV. Taste of apricots / nectarines mid-pallet. Some tealike astringency in the finish. Delicious!
