Uuu, fajnie złożony. Zbożowy, konkret derkowy, kwas w stronę wysokiego, dużo owocków, lekka wanilia. Wysokie wysycenie, wytrawny finisz, troszkę octu.

Funky on the nose. Sharp mouthfeel, tons of bubbles, medium bodied. Tart and funky throughout the palate. Lemon on the mid and back. Floral finish.

Mellow acidity, well rounded flavours, sweet sour tart sharp, grape must, dried fruit. Mild funk nothing too aggressive. Lovely finish, dry slight oak, old barrels, really good barrels . The quality of the barrel is so important
