LCI. Some nice light funk and fresh honeydew flavors reinforce just how much of a classic this brew is. Super easy drinking with the light juiciness from the stone fruit makes for a highly accessible mouthfeel leading to a citrusy/slightly dry finish. 4.3

March bottling. Orange peel up front with woody leathery Anderlecht funk presiding. Love a fresh loon.

The parmesan is less prominent than two years ago. The apricot has stepped back and integrated much more as well. Baby puke with a nail polish crown has crept in, but it is still quite well-behaved. Pleasingly juicy, tart stone fruit. Grown up.

Oof, I remember when this used to be $16 at my local bottle shop. Rounded earthy acidity. Less lemon, more rhubarb. A little less funk than I remember, but it’s there. Frankly, Tilquin and 3F are on par with this. 750ml, 8.75*
