Wow this is a wild ride. For some reason it’s only ¥1000 here which seems like a steal? Sweet, sour, funky - it’s a great gueuze so if you’re into those sorts of things I’d grab a bottle.

Plus acidulé un peu que dans mon souvenir, mais je trouve que ça sert bien le style quand c’est dosé ainsi. Ce funk 👌

Grape & Green apple skin. Lightly tart, acidic sourness. Sweet lemon citrus flavours before a beautiful dry tannic oak finish. As it warms the tart funky flavours arrive. Getting bretter & bretter. Superb🥰 🍻🇧🇪😋🥤🍾
