Butelkowane 08.03.2022. Skóra, dość mocna kwiatowo-ziołowa chmielowość, lekko serowa, pomarańcza, cytryna, lekki ocet, w smaku wanilia, pomarańcza, herbatniki, średni ocet, wysycenie śr-niskie, trochę cierpkie, trochę zbyt octowe ale poza tym super.

Acidité boisée, fruits fermentés, expression de baies poivrées, cuir et foin frais. Abordable, pas brut (jeune), pas si acide ni agressive. Gourmandise maltée type mie de pain de campagne frais, goûtue sans surenchère, petite sucrosité type miel de cuir.

2022 bottle, very fresh, but I'm still getting a fair bit of mustiness. Honestly don't understand lambic as well as I'd like to, but it feels like a great balance of young apple/lemon and aged funk.

Tight, fine carbonation. Cheesy funk and strong floral character. Prominent oak and a building bitterness. Delicate and beautiful. It's Cantillon or death.
