Loads of funk in this one, kind of in between stage of the fruit fading off and the sour/acidic aspect taking over. Very tasty

Fylligt fruktig med stor smak av körsbär, friskt och fint. Behaglig syra, mjuk eftersmak. Wow.

Now 6 years old. 5 years was the best. Needed the yeast and sediment to really bring back the raspberry. Still such a great lambic.

Monster score from me. Fluweelzacht. Cherry like. Groene en lichtrode smarties. Die zitten er niet in. Prijs-kwaliteit is insane.

Bottling date 20/11/2017. Well, this blew me away. I've had 2 bottles with same date in the last couple of years, cellared in the same way, and always found them too aciditic. Today's bottle though was fruity and mellow in comparison, with some port notes
