Amazing to pair with beef or mushrooms. Perfect for a main course. Very tanic but sweet.

Mooie neus. Smaak is zacht, druifjes, wat rood wijn en niet te zuur. Smaakvol! Bottled 23/12/2021, 6,5% alc

Both the alcohol and the grape funkiness deliver a stronger drink with a nice winey aftertaste.

Tart grapes, lemon, grapefruit, leather, grass, and a great level of sourness. Quite dry.

Bartender recommended it and claimed it was the last bottle so “it’s a must.” Red wine + sour cherry + beer had a baby, and it’s delicious.
