This was so smooth. Almost creamy. Not sure if still very young or if that's just the blend, but I loved it. Lovely soft sweet barrels.

Still flat at the moment, so the barrels are very present, time will tell how much will remain once carb kicks in, but now it's tons of molasses rum, toffee and vanilla, spices, more spices from the marsala, and leather from the cognac, a future killer!

By gum this is tasty. Barrel aged cognac brandy lambic that’s light and smooth with white flavour too. Definitely the best cantillon I’ve had.

Triple barrel qu'on sent bien sur l'attaque et encore plus en finale. Funky bien sèche, a reboire dans quelques années..

At BXL. Slight hazy golden. Soft oak, funk, sweet fruity brandy, dry nutty notes, grassy. Just medium sour.
