Une belle, très belle bière Barrique bien boisée, léger rhum, cognac mignon J'ai pas assez pris de notes sur l'aromatique ... A reboire 💪

Rich nose, mature, leathery, ripe apples, tobacco, cognac. Lots of layers in taste, starts earthy, leathery, tobacco, some bitter herbal notes. Finish oaky, cognac, rather dry. Low carbonation. Improves and opens a lot in glass, huge ageing potential.

Oh man. What. A. Blend. Everything comes forth in this one especislly the marsala. Huge aging potential on this!

2 and 3 year lambic with addition of a blend of 50% Cognac, 25% rum, 25% Marsala, adding complexity to aroma and taste. Lasting soft mousse head. A lightly tart lime-like lambic core with cognac depth, rum spice, and Marsala in the long finish.

Soft and flavorful. Not as much funk as the Racine. Thanks Patrick

Brussels #17 Another stunner. Aroma of dried fruit and barrel aging the flavour is intense dried fruitiness with a touch of oak that can best be described as marmalade. The usual long dry and tart finish, totally funky and amazingly good.

From the delicate, to the punchy. The barrels act as a catalyst for an explosion of flavours: liquor, marmalade, dry raisins, with a hefty dose of added funk, it all blends into a beautifully balanced finish that feels like a soured Barley Wine. Wow.
