Total liquid gold. So lucky to have found this. golden body beneath just a touch of white foam. The aroma is acidic, mineralish, and funky with Brettanomyces and notes of dried straw, apple, pear, berry, white grape, and leather. Very vinous

A bit too bright and sharp, almost no head. Quite complicated but needs way more time. Aftertaste is close to 💯

Typische Cantillon-Nase mit viel Apfelessig, etwas Klebstoff. Holzig, kräftige Säure. Etwas zuuu "beißend" im Abgang, aber sehr nahe an der Perfektion.

Wild fermentation, honey, fishy sour. White wine. Golden, clear. Little head. Low carbonation. Sour, in a funky, stable way. Grapes, grass. Excellent.

우디한 향이 지배적, 자두, 달달한 향 생각보다 입에선 탄산이 있음, 올드 람빅의 블렌딩임에도 불구하고 단 맛이 강함. 꽤나 시큼하긴한데, 목구멍에 남지 않을 정도라 좋음. 시원~한 향이 있긴한데 뭔진 모르겠고 솔직히 말해서 칸툥 괴즈랑 블라인딩하면 구별하기 쉽지 않을 거 같음. 근데 맛남

Delicious, green apple and peach, sherry and vinous notes on the back end. Dry, lots of oak and a hint of cognac. Only a small touch of earthy funk. Low carb, oily body.

꼬냑배럴?향은거으없다 괴즈류의람빅향 오우 산미 맛적당히맛있다 근데 그냥 깐띠옹 괴즈맛비슷한데 자두류의늬앙스보다는 포도류의느낌이강하다 틸퀸 포도시리즈들도 생각나는맛 피니쉬에 약간의 꼬냑향이조금 난다 확실히느껴지긴한다 역시깐뚕은깐툥

Quite intense with a quite pronounced balsamic vinegar note rather than a spirit driven or oaky one. Acidity is pretty high. Soft carbonation. 4.15
