Delicious, green apple and peach, sherry and vinous notes on the back end. Dry, lots of oak and a hint of cognac. Only a small touch of earthy funk. Low carb, oily body.

Nice one, got the other batches but haven't tried 'em yet. Nice cognac note, full of floral and aromatic elements, the only problem here is the strong acetic note. The rest of the good notes does the sip, but that one ruins a bit the final result. 4.10

Mocno dzikie, stajenne, i nie jest utlenione, dochodzi lekki grejpfrucik, owocki, koniaku nie czuc, ale okejka, 4,2, s: slodkie, plaskie dosc, mocno slodowe, grejpfrutowe, sciagajace od kwasnosci, sporo stajni, skory, na pewno zlozone w smaku, 4,1 overall

Citroen, lychee, eiken. Zuur met abrikoos en grapefruit. Zeer fruitig. Goed gerijpt.

Quite intense with a quite pronounced balsamic vinegar note rather than a spirit driven or oaky one. Acidity is pretty high. Soft carbonation. 4.15

A little bit sharp. Low carbonated. Barrel hints in the finish.

Wild fermentation, honey, fishy sour. White wine. Golden, clear. Little head. Low carbonation. Sour, in a funky, stable way. Grapes, grass. Excellent.
