Dingue. Le poivre est à la fois puissant avec une forte longueur mais le reste de la bière équilibre le tout. Et surtout chanceux d'en trouver le lendemain de la soirée =)

Revisiting with a less fucked palate and digging it quite a bit more. Amazed there’s still some left!

Very unique and peppery. Joked I needed a Cesar salad but enjoyed it and the funky undertones.

My 1st Zwanze and it didn’t disappoint. Masses of pepper on the nose with just a touch on the palate. Fantastic.

Un poivre très expressif, bien goûteux. Des saveurs de conifères, de cocottes et de pot. Très réussi et dans ma palette.

interesting. the pepper is fitting really well to the lambic. nose is very strong pepper, taste is a little more subtle but still the pepper is very present.

I liked it. Reminded me a lot of Italian seasonings. Always cool to do a worldwide toast.

Zwanze beer can be hit or miss. This one was a hit for me: yuge pepper nose but more subtle on the tongue; herbaceous, fruity. Look forward to trying again over the years

Evidente wittige peper in de neus, maar qua smaak een zeer floraal, zelfs wat zoetige toets van vlier en acacia, zelfs wat subtiel zuur fruit.. eerste zwanze in tijden die ook echt lekker is :-)

Mina, si sente il pepe ma solo il sapore, il *piccante* del pepe praticamente non viene percepito, veramente ottima

Pungent, pepper nose, fragrant-like, sips like a herbaceous perfume, the low acidity falls over to the permeating fresh-ground black pepper flavors. Not spicy from a heat perspective. This was truly special, wish I had a meal to pair with.

闻香先是黑胡椒碎的香气 不是很重 柚子 青柠皮碎 果核 叫不出名字的有清新苦味的草药（类似龙胆 入口清晰不重的果味与野菌味埋在增味下面 尾端苦味来得极其持久且复杂 像是胡椒的淡淡辣味裹着果核的苦味 Sante!

Thought this was absolutely brilliant. I was very sceptical that they could get the pepper to work, but it was a dream combination. Would like to drink it alongside the Spontanbasil gueuze!

Peppers galore. What an awesome brew! Plenty of apples, like if baked apples were a savory instead of a sweet dish.
