Light and bright. Amphora influence is obvious. 4.2

I liked this a lot actually, some people thought it was just okay but I really enjoy how "Jura red" it really is. Similar profile to the Poulsard and Trousseau individual infusions last year but a little more concentrated: strawberry, red currant, ... 4.4

Meh, kinda watery. Strawberry, grape skin. But it disappears real quick in your mouth

👃 Notes de fruits rouges (framboise?), boisé, oxidation ? 👅 Raison rouge, fraise (des bois?) pointe d'acidité, notes terreuses, légère astringence.

Nieuw bier met het bekende logo, deze is erg fijn. Letterlijk en figuurlijk. Erg licht maar de smaak stelt zeker niet teleur. Dit zou een perfecte start zijn van een diner, als amuse.

Nesten tutti frutti uten sødmen i starten, mer dybde og kompleksitet etter hvert. En veldig fin druelambik!

No takie winko, winogrona czerwone, skorkowe i nafta, sporo pestek, przypraw, lekki support lambika, no ok, 4,2, s: lekko nagazowane, winogrono kompotowe, i kapke przypraw, nafty i nawet masla, troche metalu, lambik jakis jest, ale tez go malo, 4,1 over.
