To a celebratory evening with friends😃 tak Morten, en af mine bucketlist beers og den er ganske lækker, denne årgang er funky, lækker blåbær, pinot noir undercurrent, frisk og balanceret syre. Virkelig lækker syrling😋

Aroma of blueberries, ripe raspberries, and some woody spices. I’ve tried along with the Lou Pepe Framboise. It's so different from that one. Flavors mingled well with typical Cantillon funkiness.

Ongelooflijk zalig. Super zachte aciditeit. Romig gelijk een kaastaart. Match van bosbessen en blauwe kaas en cantillon funk. Hemels!

Waw. Bosbessen en oude kaas. Muffe stal, paddestoelen, hooizolder, bosbessen, mos en veengrond, droge dennennaalden, paardenstal, totaal niet zuur, meer Saison maar heel complex, bosbessenspel, intens en toch elegant, zacht, true Cantillon whale

Centered this time, no offs nor particular problems, just a bit...easy? Nice lambic, decent blueberry part, but lacks a real kick. Drinks easily.

Blauwe bessen met een houtachtige smaak. Wrange afdronk met iets van marsepein in de verte. Fluweelzachte body en fuit all over the place. Mooie Blabaer deze vintage.
