Mellow for a "dragon", but quite forward for a Cantillon. Pours a clear crimson red that belies its effervescence. Flavour is a sweet, juicy red wine. Foams up beautifully in the mouth. Funk starts very subtle, building up mid bottle.

C'est vraiment pas mon trip les vins de macération et bien dans un lambic ca passe pas non plus. Trop sucrée, trop déséquilibrée par le jus de raisins.

Jeudi 14 avril Cantillon. C’était à mon tour d’aller acheter une bouteille. Quand y a un Mag de Drogone à 50€ sur le board, tu t’obstines pas. Les autres Queb arrivent à ce moment, Nick pas longtemps après, ça commence à être festif.

Richer, earthier than usual cantillon from my experience. The grape is the most forward of the bunch tasted here.

Round 6. No idea which year. The wine is very tannic but passable, some port qualities. The beer I like, its subtly fruity in a good way

Batch #2, bottle 900. Incredibly complex with loads of different flavours. Slightly tart with almost a fruity red wine taste. At £16 per third of a pint, this must be pretty much at the top of the most expensive beers I've ever tried list!
