Stunning. A Symphony of flavour and aroma with a beautiful dark pink blush. Not often a $120 bottle of beer feels good value.

Super robe pourpre avez des reflets violets, c'est beau ! Attaque peau de raisins bien expressive, funk léger, finale assez douce. Bel équilibre mais manque un peu de longueur

LC 5/7 - 2021 vintage - super cherry forward, almost as if it was made with cherries, replete with cinnamon to boot. Grape is certainly there too, but it’s more subdued amidst the aforementioned. Pretty solid mouthfeel, too. Would love this more age.

Smooth, moderate acidic, dry, vinous, some dark grapes, citrus and berries. Tastes like very young and fresh wine. I was expecting something extra everything (it’s not) but it’s balanced and tasty.

Sour. Tart. Dry. With grapes notes, slightly vinous, in a light claret’s way. Lingering winey aftertaste.
