Well I needed to raid the cellar for something huge. This fits the bill but the flat beer is tasty but the lack of carbonation let's it down

It's not top Cantillon, but it is Cantillon nontheless. It's got bitter fruits, lots of funk, more sour than fruit forward. Could be doing with more crisp apple and acetic properties. A little leather and must but this lacks a bit of carbonation and tart.

Wool, funk and apricot aroma. Flavors follow exactly. Light tart and body, dry and flat. Funky vinous finish. Balanced and quaffable.

The flat lambic, not always my best friend so to speak. This one works pretty well though. Bit acidic with a light vinegary note. Funky with a gunpowdery, close to rubbery, vibe. Some sweetness from a grainy cereal touch, yet lemony sour with barrel notes

Solid, however v little funk or depth. Was mostly incredibly easy drinking with some fruity esters and no real layering. Probably too young.

BWF Beer 3. Seems weird drinking a totally flat Beer, expecting a bit of carbonation.
