Nose: Slight fruity notes of white grapes and unripe nectarines, slightly sour, slight tart wood notes. Taste: Sweet, tart and fruity notes of wood and white grapes, slightly astringent, very decent sourness. Vinous. Refreshing and gentle at once.

Had to come back once more before we left Belgium. This is a very dry, winelike bottle. Some acidity, some grapelike notes for sure. Another tasty lambic!
