Ohh that's beautiful. Grand cru makes a difference. 🍎 & 🍇 a little. Sweet and tart. Funky aromas with raw honey notes! Crazy how good it is. Happy birthday Vlad!

Last 750 ml bottle had of this was the 2015 in one of favourite Bruxelles bars, Poechenellekelder, back in 2019. Maybe not the same surrounding ambience but this vintage also superb. Bit less sour, but did dank rank rotting wood ever taste so good 😁?!

Phenomenally smooth lambic with a good funk level and a bit of a sweet aftertaste.

A flat, non-sparkling lambic aged in oak barrels for three years. Different. Tastes like a lightly tart Grenache. The one good thing about it being flat is I don’t have to drink the whole bomber in one sitting.

Making my first stop in Brussels count... Lovely bright floral aroma. Pours pale yellow and clear. Tastes strongly of apple or apricot or maybe grapes with a tart, acidic finish. A lovely way to star
