Floral notes, but plain body, lacking congruence with the aroma. Acidity isn't sharp or enduring, missing the typical barnyard decay and earthy wild yeast notes like bottle one. Coarse, but with a hint of bitterness, resembling more saison.

Young, clearly young. Gently sour. Hoppy floral notes, slightly citrusy. Dry finish. (Biased note as always)
