Just the right amount of tart to funk ratio. Carbonation is super tight. Very refined beer drinking experience. I feel like I'm rich.... for the half hour it took to drink it 🤣

Notes of apple, pineapple, hay. A bit softer and less floral than last years, but still excellent.

Grandios. Fruchtig, wunderbarer duft, ausgewogen, sauer aber trotzdem mild.

Pleased to happen across the last bottle of this in GW. 16.2.23. This beer is hard to beat. I love the fruit Cantillon, but this, when fresh, at 5%, dialled down acidity, gentle euro hops, represents beer craft at its peak.
