くっさい！獣と薬品みたいなえぐみのある香りがあるんだけど、酸味の中になんかこう旨みみないなのがあってたまらん。癖になる。甘みも確かに存在する。いろんな、ランビックを飲むたびドリーはやさしめの部類だったなと実感する。

Yee-fucking-haa. Complex - white wine/grape fruity upfront, sour and brett-y, vanilla/oaky finish. dry, refreshing, smooth. Definitely a journey, and changes as at warms and as some of the yeast character comes out of the bottom of the bottle.
