This has been a heckuva 2 week period. Not sure how much it slows down rest of the week, but looking forward to Wednesday.

On the palate, the initial taste is very sour, then it slightly mellows as you drink it. The finish evolves as it warms up, revealing smoky notes, then apple, and finally an increasingly pronounced woody flavor. Full Review -> IG @binouse17 : 10/06/2024

A sour that is also rather white wine like. The dryness is rather white wine kinda dry rather than a hoppy dryness. Certainly has a grapey note. Taste sophisticated.

A smashing drop, soft, tart, apple with a dash of lemon, and a lovely drop of lacing.

So well balanced. Subtle tartness & funk. A light cantaloupe/ pear note; peach. Light oak & acidity; white pepper. Bit of juicy (?), horse blanket that’s been resting on the flank funk. Lingering moreish finish. Forgot the picture, so photo of a taster!

Anytime I get the chance to have anything from Cantillon, I got for it because it is something never to be missed!

2024.05.27. This was probably the best Cantillon Gueuze I’ve ever had. Perhaps it’s because this was a treat from my friend.
