It’s hard to sum up a well made gueuze becuase I’ve never had one without the requisite parts of brightness, acidity, mild wood and floral/sherberty goodness. It’s about balance and this one balanced them all brilliantly.

Более сельхозная тема, чем предыдущий 3ф. Баланс кислотности по итогу в сторону более сладкую, чем 3ф, и в целом есть ощущение более лайтовой столовой истории, но после глотка кислинка догоняет, местами даже чуть резковатая.

Accidently bought this when hypoing. Canti 5.5% gueuze, bottled 27/04/2023. Surprisingly light with a earthy, honied, anticeptic tinge. Gonna pair with some oysters…
