4.30. Bottled 08/02/2023. Citrus, green apple, apricot with perceivable acetic acid. Nice structure and balanced barrel flavours.

약간의 펑키, 달콤한 맛이랑 산미가 엄청 정돈되어있는 느낌이다. 더 깔끔해진 느낌이라 호불호는 있겠지만 나에게는 극호!

Wow, puckering and wild. Organic indeed. But not so balanced yet. Vinglig som en nybörjarcyklist. Chablis är skeptisk.

Damn fine for draft. Citrus peel, oak, but absolutely no funk at all. Very young, but so tasty
