Sourness introduces itself in the aroma. And boy is it tart on the palate. Just my thing. Lemony finish.

Usually when I travel I drink local beers. This beer deserved an exception!

My wife swears it smells like stone pine wood... I get more of an over ripe strawberry

A, for me, great cantillon score. Too sour offcourse, but drinkable

Lemony and hoppy. Really crushable and moreish. Kinds funky, but not as much as I would expect given the age. Great beer overall!

Hoppy, citrus zest with a hint of hop degradation flavors for me. We need to schedule a blind tasting of CSG and 2-y lambic to see whether the hoppiness still makes significant difference after 6 yrs.

Another great Gueuze beer. Drank at Cantillon with a great crowd at the bar.

I acquired this bottle in 2015 and said that I’d never open it until Chelsea wins the Champions League again, I wasn’t sure this day would ever come, but HERE WE ARE MotherFuckers!!!! KTBFFH!

Celebrating half a decade with Angelou R. and this is so good. Smells like a musty basement, loads of fluffy lemons, light hops.

2014 cork, Jan 2015 label. Darker pour with huge dense fluffy head. Tons of funk, good hop presence in taste gives this a unique character. Always enjoyed CSG, this bottle is no exception.
