Todella aprikoosinen tuoksu. Terävän hapan ja monimuotoisen villihiivainen, aprikoosi hiukan taittunut. Pehmeä suutuntuma ja ikäänsä nähden vieläkin todella hapan - siis hapan.

Tuoksu on upea hapankarkki. Maku on funkkista aprikoosia. Bisse oli kovasti elossa ja kuohua riitti. Koostumus on pehmeä. Happamuus on tasoittunut, mutta sitä toki edelleen löytyy. Hieno!

I think this still wins the apricot battle in my book. Less fresh, more mineral, spice, and funk. Tart with vanilla and cinnamon, less precise apricot flavor but more fermented stone fruit goodness. Dust, diacetyl, and rich oak. Slightly beyond its peak

Decimates 2020, but doesn't taste "old" yet. Candied apricot, moderate acidity, lingering musty barley, but no real funk. Great, but I'd definitely rather drink a 2012.
