I could drink this forever. This has aged beautifully. Cork was wet, carb was great, flavor was a perfect marriage of fruit and funk.

Much less fruit, cork was a mess, still amazing but perhaps a bit past her prime. Still always a treat.

Aged 10yrs. Beautifully funky, earthy and ripe raspberry notes with a smooth mouthfeel. Very funky and depth in flavour. Finishes dry with a lingering astringent finish. Pretty well aged and delicious! Thanks Ian!

6 Feb 2014, and still jammed with fruit. Glorious red color with a vigorous foam on the pour. Nose is straight macerated raspberries, body is sour, but not aggressively so. Happy #ZwanzeDay

Thanks Adam! Still incredibly fresh, raspberry forward with musty, cellar-like sourness. Tart and lemony, and that uniquely cantillon yeast character. I'm just amazed how jammy and berry intense it is, raspberries off the vine, weedy, unsweetened jam.

Super tart and acidic, very nice! 200g of raspberries per litre has aged nicely.

Bottled Oct 21, 2014. Continuing my tradition of the first beer of the new year being a lambic! Acidic, fruity, slight black pepper. Great carb and time has definitely done a great job to soften the raspberries. Happy 2021!

So acidic before it opened up. Definitely decant these, if possible. Some time to breathe really made it more balanced with the funk. Still plenty of fruit, too. More of a dry finish than I typically would associate with RdG.
