Delicious rhubarb balancing out the tartness, with some earthy depth in the finish

4.35. Medium-high sourness but not sharp. Funky and clean nose of rhubarb. Nice. The finish is a little bit too watery.

New year, new Nath, more rhubarb. Pink. Juicy. Acidic. Lots of natural rhubarb vibes, not that much sulphur. Mineral.
