Crazy line share. Such a great vintage. Lambic and rhubarb are very well connected. Acidity is balanced and cleanliness too. Tart and fruity. Can go on with this for the entire bottle I think. Glad that Nath came this far good.

Klar koppar i färg, livlig i flaskan, vitt pärligt flyktigt skum. Frisk doft, rabarb, jästigt. Krämig, halvtorr munkänsla, strävt avslut. Smaken är fruktigt syrlig, generöst med rabarb, vinöst (vitt), syrligt jästigt. Frisk och pigg, passar till sommaren!

The rhubarb profile is fantastic, its fruity, bright and prominent. Although there is a light sulfuric fart note it. Freash. Touch of sweetness. Nice
