Bière acide mais avec un goût d’abricot prononcé. Légère amertume. Le côté barrel aged est pas mal

4.6 My third Fou' Foune in 2024 Feb>April>June 😋😋😋 This bottle is the most balanced one I have compared to the feb and april ones, but I do miss the first bottle of FF, it got the most fruity flavor 🍑🍑

BD 21-10-23. Zo met de laatste zonnestralen deze week toch een fou'foune opengetrokken. Prachtig spul. Nog behoorlijk vers, maar zo vol in de romige abrikozen. Heerlijk.

Peut-être un peu jeune pour la boire, mais un savoir-faire unique. L'acidité est un poil trop prononcée mais c'est quand même vachement bon. Merci Nico

Great to finally have a relatively fresh Fou. It had a moreish sweet/lolly-like apricot character that I hadn't really experienced in Cantillon before. And very clean compared to most. Barely funky and only moderately sour. Different experience to aged FF

Not quite as good as previous vintages I’ve had, but still such a treat.

Very delicate. Dry finish that transforms into a pit bitterness.
