Light, delicate, dry, airy, and just far too classy for me. Apricot is subtle. Very nice.

What a treat, Anthony @ Bar Lupulus gave me a sample of this to try, since I was having Bellwoods apricot peach Farmegeddon…. And now I can see where Bellwoods got their inspiration. Tart peach, sweet apricot, and an earthy funk.

Such an inviting pronounced apricot, leafy and earthy nose, stunning mid, so smooth, earthy funk, sweet apricot and tart lemon, unreal experience, such a balanced finish with dry a earthy note, sweetish apricot and tart lemon acidity, just a pleasure

A while since I was lucky enough to enjoy a Cantillon Fou Foune. The 2023 still very fruit forward… wonderful, but will age some as they pick up an awesome dry finish a few years on.

A classic. Apricots mesh so well with the Lambic base.

Subtle apricot on the nose. Thicker apricot funk in each sip. Great mouthfeel. Delish!
