Mon highlight de la soirée. Solide lambic, c’était bien dusty, funky au nez et texture de fou. Belle finale cheezy à la Cantillon. J’en boirais tout le temps

The first part of the date has rubbed off, but I can see it begins with a 2…, Jan 2016 (maybe 2018?) Bit like apple and grape juice. Nice, but I prefer a gueuze I think. Having said that, it’d be ace served a little colder from a clay jug on a hot day.

Ça part presque plus sur le vin blanc au niveau des aromes. Le boisé sort tres bien. Mineralité top.
