Very distinct peach profile on this one. More tart than the others.

Stone fruit nose. Pucker at first. Lots of apricot on the mouth. Finish dry tart and fruity. Delicious. Thanks Dan N.

Peach bose! Tart upon first sip. Mellows out pretty nicely as it warmed up. Delish peach mouth finishing dry.

White grape, apricot pits, and peach flesh with a classic finish of cantillon funk. Pure class

Since I’m not living in a SXS in the river over night, time to celebrate!

Probably unfair comparing to other lambics opened today.

Good start to NYE. Tartness and some fruit. Good complexity.

Peachy, apricoty aroma. Earty, grassy, citrussy, peachy, apricoty taste. Citrussy notes are dominating. Reminds Saint Gilloise. Acidity is medium +, but it is not influencing the balance of the brew.

Been sitting on this one for a while, time to make an otherwise weird Thanksgiving a bit special.

Meg says 5. I mean, it’s pretty good, apricots are fading but geuze funk is shining with the stone fruit background.

Starting the 30th birthday beer shenanigans early. Good lambic is always slightly wasted on me and my hyper-sensitivity to lactobacillus. However, this Mikkeller parting gift definitely has a good complexity and strong but not overpowering apricot notes

Not sure I've had a Fou this tart! Really sour but still plenty of apricot that lingers on. 4.35

3 years in and the apricots in this beer are more like apricot jam and less like unripe apricots, like it was when the beer was fresh. Still insane levels of fruit, perfectly blended with the soft Cantillon funk. Great stuff!

Fruitig en zuur. Geen uitgesproken smaak en in balans.
