Me-ga stoffig, oude zolder, oxidatie, oude boeken, leer. We proeven de '21 er naast. De veroudering is zeer goed waarneembaar. Noice.

Possibly the last beer of my 20's. Really different from fresh - not fruity, but juicy, tannic, and acidic in equal balance. Tart and funky. Lemon curd.

Just 🍑-ie. Still a lot of carbonation in this fellow. The stonefruit is shiny through beautifully with a acidic but delightful taste

Has that barnyard funk aroma that I love in a good Gueuze. Light lemon upfront, followed by tart apricot skins. Great dryness

smells like parm, stinky feet and sweet apricot. flavor is full and robust marmalade. lots of tart apricot skin. little to no metallic edge. perfect dryness. bucket lister.

So....this one truly floored me. Had a few Cantillons up to now, but nothing like thus. Huge apricot and peach scents, and still a lot of fruitiness in the body. Love the oak as well. This is honestly one of the best beers I've ever had, so time for...

Perfumey tart apricots. Mineral rich tart and semi sweet. So clean and fresh. Bright and juicy. Leaves a nice dry dismiss with woody stone fruit.
