Still too young, but I see all the potential my sixth time trying this

Carbonated, oak, candied lemon. More fruity than the bottle.

My first likeable, actually enjoyable sourish. Thanks Tom! You’ve given me hope! I like the touch off-bitterness like tasting the inside of the fruit’s stone or grinding an apple seed.

An exclusive nectar from the Belgian shangri-la. Nuanced brilliance,to be fair I was a sweaty mess in need of a cigar but this golden, vibrant special was worth every cent.

What a spectacular expression of the style. Bright lemon, mild funk, and tart finish. So fun to be able to try this!

A real pleasure to try this, at this bar. Similar to standard Cantillon gueuze but a bit more barrel, I think. Some vanilla oak and a nice tart apple/stone fruit acidity. Black pepper. Brussels briney funk beneath it all. Served at cellar temp. A+.

A Monk’s Cafe exclusive Cantillon bottle in celebration of Monk’s 25th anniversary in 2022. // great tartness with a nice dry finish.

Incredible depth. Lemon and oak up front followed by the typical Cantillon funk

Refined acidity, clean profile, amazing. Pairs perfectly with these mussels. Almost an apricot white wine vibe.

Very pleased to see this on draft today. Quite nice. Started off w upfront stone fruit, funk, and some peach, but settled down as it warmed up and yielded minerals, light white wine, and a peppery edge. Fair amount of carb that reduced gradually. 4.55

Dang that’s good. Complex and funky, fruity, not very tart

Excellent, not too much acidity and huge notes of apricot, peach and Chardonnay

Aroma of tart apple, complexity and taste of tartness, big acidity.

When at Pliny Day, we’ll make a donation to sip some rare Cantillon suds! Funky, tart, peppery. I don’t have a scale for Lambics but this is phenomenal 🔥

Two Steve’s? First ever from Cantillon. For this style I get the hype! Pretty tart but super super tasty. If you’re standing in the bathroom line here you’re an idiot

Balanced, stone fruit. Quite concentrated and will benefit from aging:
