Flanders #9: It’s another crimson coloured blend, but this has a few unique elements. Instead of grapes, we’ve got… Blue Honeysuckle. There’s a fruity, berry-esque twang that gives a subtle vinegar hit on the finish. Silky and funky.

Da jeg stod på Cantillon inden jeg skulle rejse, måtte jeg vælge imellem at få øl med hjem eller mit tøj. Jeg valgte naturligvis øl. Den er rimelig frugtig og meget funky. Den har mistet lidt kulsyre pga. af flyveturen, men stadig super lækker.

This is incredible. A perfect lambic. Balanced with just the right amount of acidity. Beautifully fruity and complex. A+.

Belachelijk goe. Nog beter dan de voorbije jaren. Heel vol, veeeel fruit, funky, tart, confituur, wijn en honing! + zo een complexe paddenstoel/blauwe kazige vibe net als bij tyrbilambic en blabaer

Маслянисте, виразно танінне, насичене, кислотність приємна, делікатна. Дуже яскраве як за кольором так і смаком. Приємна гіркота, класний баланс, ягода цікава. Експеримент топ, дещо дивує маслянистість

The berry adds earthiness that's close to seemless with the funk, adding a cool dimension. The fruitiness is sort of red currant-like. 4.25+
