Still an absolute banger. Lambic before noon just hits different, especially these two sensational ones. Tarlantillon now represents a better mix of both the champagne grapes and the lambic, for my tastes. The lambic can now shine through the grapes.

Plus esters et acétique que les précédentes ! Plus colle au nez aussi, puissamment fruitée en milieu de bouche, presque ronde, projection de Bruxelles à Œuilly (Champagne), sublimement ronde donc, vineuse, et acétique en fin de bouche. Pretty sublime !
