Pitkästä aikaa lambiccia Alkosta, aina kiehtova valinta. Nyt ei ihan niin nappilambic kuin yleensä. Ei vedä turpaan niin kuin nornaalisti, liian lempeä.

Aged in [protected regional term for sparkling wine] barrels, and it's a mini masterpiece. Seriously, WTF is the average score about? Tons o' funk. Super bubbly; vinous acidity; oaky AF. Dry but easy-drinking. Akin to a gueuze/Champagne (oops) blend.

Synes de er lidt spøjse de her Lambic øl. Der er en god frugtighed og en rigtig fin syrlighed. Der mangler et eller andet for min smag, men smager ganske udemærket.

Acidic and vinous-like Lambic Gueuze. Super bubbly with an opaque orange color. Very fresh and fruity up-front with a tiny bitter aftertaste. Good not great for its style but being a Gueuze gives it extra points.

On reconnaît bien le lambic Boon, beau funk signature de la brasserie, mais il y a le genre de hummf à la Vandervelden. Extra vineux, floral, chêne, on dirait que tout ça vient couper l'acidité. Léger tannins, amertume, c'est vraiment bon.

De klare den faktisk godt med den her sour øl. Lækker syrlig, frugtig og frisk boblende. Lige som en skøn lambic skal være.
