Tart and sour berries abound, notes of redcurrant and raspberries. Nicely sour, big tart fruit. Light acidic. Lovely red berries.

I'm capping off a great, nerdy day with a barrel-aged fruited sour, a few episodes of season 2 of Lower Decks and, instead of real food for dinner, a piece of tres leches cake. All while taking a bubble bath. 💖🤩💖 Yeah, I'm winning at Monday. 🍺😁👍

Heavy duty, goes to the places that a Flemish red does. Chewy, almost beefy with glutamate balanced with berries and acidity. Makes me sweat a bit.

Very nice sour. Strong berry taste that isn’t fake. Very sour. Sort of tart aftertaste.
