Completely unexpected experience. I was prepared for a Wild Ale or Gueuze-like beer and this is not even close to that. It does have a funky smell but the flavor is musty, woody and dominated by hoppy bitterness. IMO it is closer to an IPA than a Sour.

Very interesting beer, you can taste the pop rock notes and it feels halfway between an IPA, a pastry sour and a wine.

Picked this up pre-COVID. 2018 or 2019. Can’t remember exact time. Very good. Aged nicely.

Apples and wine, Nelson going all wildin' and alcoholic, overturned into jam. Bretty feel, dry finish. Boozy. Apple vinegar with earthy touch.

Lidt sour start, sødlig maltet midte og bitre hvidvins-aroma slutter.

Time has served it fairly well, usual bretty carbonation with vinous notes from the barrel aging

Musty, funky, yeasty, white wine barrel. An interesting flavour journey but I don't love it

Vieillit mal, je retrouve pas grand-chose de ce qui reste de cette bière dans mes souvenirs. J’ai pas du tout le Nelson, petit goût funky proche d’une saison vieillie. Ça reste agréable à boire mais ça a perdu de sa splendeur.

Plutôt agréable. Entre le doux amer et l’acide. Pas mon style mais pas mauvais.
