An excellent geuze in all the right ways. Tart, lightly fruity, fuzzy with carbonation and slowly revealing more than a trace of funk.

Another (non-Belgium) Lambic getting better with age! Barnyard, Goat ass shit.. Stinky Socks to the max! Frothy, Tart, Funky, Super Dank. One of my last 2016 Vintages of this collaboration.. Shucks.

Oude Gueuze vieillie en fût de Calvados, très sésame grillé, belle acidité acétique, fruitée, fermière, pommes cidrées, c'est fleuri, bien pétillant, funky et sec. Superbe.

This is drinking so well. Totally dry with perfect acidity, bright but with good depth, some orange, some calvados character but subtle (less apple than a typical 3F), hint of Boon funk...so good.

BBSN 😀. An extremely dry lambic. Outstanding stuff. It is so dry that the is nothing past your teeth. This reminds me of Korbel(r) Extremely Dry Champagne.

I think this is really hitting its stride at 5yrs. Still lots of carb, not too sour, good funk and light calvados notes. Very drinkable. Might make it a cple more years!
