W typie boonowych black label. Agrest, kwaśne jabłka, lekko skórzana dzikość, cierpkie. Eleganckie i przystępne. Kwaśność wyraźna, mocno wytrawne.

This is drinking so well. Totally dry with perfect acidity, bright but with good depth, some orange, some calvados character but subtle (less apple than a typical 3F), hint of Boon funk...so good.

BBSN 😀. An extremely dry lambic. Outstanding stuff. It is so dry that the is nothing past your teeth. This reminds me of Korbel(r) Extremely Dry Champagne.

Oh la belle gueuze légèrement pommée🍏 le fût boisé goûte bien🌳 difficile d'identifier le Calvados🥃 mais ça funk bien🕺 On reconnaît la base Boon🍾 Très buvable
