Another very expen$ive purcha$e more puckerpuss sour than tart with lots of fruity, citrusy flavor, good mouthcoating heft and finish & a very dry, vinous aftertaste. (sigh) into the marinade......

Loads or orange marmalade, acetic, floral and fruity notes. Balanced tartness. Touch of funk/barrel with a hint of salt of the finish. Thanks Marc!

Aroma: stone fruit, tart citrus, barnyard funk, pomes, floral, wood, leather. Taste: moderate sweet & tart, low bitter. Palate: m/light body, lively carbonation, short crisp tart finish. Far more wild, than Citra. https://bit.ly/3ixTSih ryansbooze.com

Witte schuimkraag op een goud gekleurd bier. Zurige citrus geur. Zure (kruidenazijn) smaak, citrus, licht bitter, graan, druif (?). Niet echt mijn smaak.

Denk je een dryhopped te pakken; is het een sour. Tegenvaller dacht ik. Maar toch goed te drinken !

LCI. Post Feyenoord finale troost biertje. Lekker in het zuur, wat tart. Wel een paracetamol nasmaak, die ik echt niet aangenaam vind.
